The overall appearance of the waterblock is just beautiful: The whole waterblock is chrome plated and in the middle of the waterblock the Swiftech logo is integrated.
The cooling plate is made from copper and is polished to a mirror finish, An included backplate evenly distributes the contact pressure of the waterblock which results in even better cooling performance and almost no stress at all on the Mainboard.
The springs with which the waterblock is pressed onto the CPU prevent locking of the mounting mechanism and therefore damage to your components, The waterblock is equipped with G1/4" fittings which allows the use of the very most fittings and makes it compatible with virtually any hose size.
The waterblock is shipped including High-Flow barbed fittings for 1/2 and 3/8" tubing, hence hoses with an inner diameter of 13mm or 10mm. For the fittings two pairs of suitable hose clamps are included. The also included ceramic thermal compound is plenty for installation of the waterblock.
The center plate of the Apogee XT can be turned 180° to allow compression fittins of all sizes to be installed
