Watercooled-Pcs Policies

By using this site, or ordering from it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Watercooled-Pcs policies. Please review our terms and policies.

:: Payment
Watercooled-Pcs accepts all major credit cards through our preferred payment gateways Worldpay,  Paypay, or Google checkout. We do not keep any credit card details. All customer transactions are processed over 128 bit secure servers through our preferred card processing merchants.

:: Warranty
All items purchased from Watercooled-Pcs come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects only. The 30-day period starts when you receive delivery of the item (as specified by Delivery Confirmation). The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. After the 30-day warranty is over, the manufacturer should be contacted directly for repair or replacement. Our warranty does not apply to any items that have been modified or abused. Watercooled-Pcs reserves the right to repair or replace defective items under warranty as we see appropriate.

:: Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is set at the time you order. We cannot offer price protection in any way. All prices are listed in terms of UK currency. All prices include vat @15.%  unless otherwise stated

Product Returns

No exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted past our 30-day warranty.

To initiate a return or replacement for a defective product you must request an RMA number. After you email us your order number and the reason for return we will then give you an RMA number that is valid for 10 business days. Any return without an RMA number or that has an expired RMA number will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. We do this only because there have been so many instances of people taking up to a month or more to send us the returned item. We are not responsible for lost RMA packages sent back to us, so please insure your package.

Exceptions to Our 30 Day Return Policy:

Water cooling related products will not be accepted back once sold. If the item is defective it will be exchanged during the warranty period for the exact same item. Items that require modification before they can be used will not be accepted back once sold.

Defective Items:
If you have received a defective product from Watercooled-Pcs, you may return it to obtain a credit, exchange, or refund excluding shipping. DOA or defective products must be reported to us within 48 hours (based on Delivery Confirmation) of receiving the products.

Non-Defective Items: Watercooled-Pcs reserves the right to assess a 10% Restock fee on returned non-defective items. Note that shipping, handling, or any labour charges are not refundable. Refund amounts will be based on your order invoice at the time of purchase.

Any non-defective products returned to Watercooled-Pcs incomplete or altered from its original condition (missing screws, grease, etc), not in a resaleable condition (dirty, grease left on heatsink, missing boxes or paperwork), will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

 Limitation of Liability
All products sold on this website are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances is Watercooled-Pcs liable for the following: (1) Third Party claims against you for damages; (2) personal injury, loss of or damage to your records, data, or equipment; (3) economic consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost savings), or incidental damages even if we are informed of their possibility.
